about me
I’m Ron Ulrich, a museum and cultural-sector leader with more than 40 years of experience in museums, heritage and community cultural development, including more than 25 years in senior leadership roles.
My work has taken me across Western Canada, leading museums and cultural organizations and working with municipalities and communities on cultural planning, organizational development, governance, interpretation and community engagement.
I have a particular interest in rural and small communities and in the role culture can play in strengthening belonging, connection and a sense of place. My approach is practical and collaborative, grounded in the belief that strong cultural organizations contribute to strong communities.
